Hi everyone! I can't believe it's Christmas this week already! This year has flown by!
I've been wanting to try making this box for a long time now, but once again I was
intimidated because it looked hard. So I kept putting it off! I finally got brave enough
last night and made one out of scrap paper, and you wouldn't believe how easy it was!
I was really surprised. And happy, because it's a really cute box. I found the tutorial at
Splitcoast Stampers.

I love how it turned out. I used a Magnolia image, Kraft paper for the box, Bazzill cs, Graphic 45 and Melissa Frances dp, Spellbinders to cut the circles, a Magnolia Doohickey doily diecut, twine, snowflakes cut with a MS punch, star shaped rhinestones, and punched holly leaves. I made a small box to hold matches and decorated it with the same dp, and added a quilled snowflake.

I saw a couple of these before and my initial thought was, "No way can I do this!" But after reading your encouraging post, I think I might just give it a shot.
You've decorated this just beautifully and I love the embellishments that wrap around to the other sides. Nicely done. :)
